Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Doctor role based in Gurugram. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing online GP consultations, diagnosing and and prescribing appropriate treatments in accordance with established medical guidelines. Daily responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. The role also involves offering empathetic counseling, educating patients and partners on preventive care and treatment options, and supporting technology-enabled health services. The Medical Doctor will collaborate with internal teams to improve clinical protocols, contribute to quality assurance initiatives, and ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Valid MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Active medical registration/license with the appropriate medical council and a strong understanding of clinical best practices and evidence-based medicine.
- Demonstrated experience in outpatient and/or primary care settings, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic, patient-centered care and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfort with using digital health tools, electronic medical records, teleconsultation platforms, and other technology-driven healthcare solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization, with sound clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
- Fluency in Hindi and English,proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in Online consultations,public health programs, or B2B2C healthcare services is beneficial.
